Please note that this is NOT a retail store where our clothing is stocked, orders are dispatched from our warehouse. The location outlined above is for only "studio pick up" orders only and a drop off point for returns.

All our international deliveries are processed via dhl

all international shipments can take up to 7 working days.

Taxes & duties

The product prices displayed are exclusive of all duties & taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for the import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to; payment TAXES & DUTIES is compulsory to release your order from customs on arrival. UNFORTUNATELY We ARE UNABLE TO GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE OF WHAT THE FEES MAY BE.

SHIPPING DELAYS

WE DO OUR BEST TO KEEP DELAYS TO A MINIMUM. HOWEVER, Occasionally shipment may be delayed due to OUR PAYMENT GATEWAY, a payment can take up to 5 working days to process and clear, if you require your package urgently please pay by instant bank transfer.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% happy with any item you have purchased from 87Origins please follow these simple instructions.

  • returns/exchange requests must be made within 7 days (domestic delivery) & 14 days (international delivery). We count from the day your order is received.

  • Fill the returns form included in the original packaging. Your order must be returned within the time frame mentioned above; we will not accept returns beyond this time frame. Late returns will be sent back to you.

  • Return the items in the condition you received them. All items need to be returned in excellent condition: unworn, unwashed & undamaged. 87Origins will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Please note that’s damaged goods due to negligence will not be accepted for a refund.

Please adhere to the instructions below within 14 days of receiving your order to process your return: 

  • Fill out the returns form included in the original packaging of your order.

  • Send an email to info@87origins.com to indicate you will be returning or exchanging your item(s)

  • Send the package to us using a trusted method of your choice

  • If the package is returned unused and in good condition, your refund will be proceed immediately and will appear in your account within 10 days. Please note that the N100 PAYSTACK convenience fee is non-refundable.

Please send your returns to the address emailed to you with your RA number.

EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with the size or the kind of item you have purchased and would like to exchange at item, you can return the item for a full refund but please note that the N100 PAYSTACK convenience fee is non-refundable. You can then make a new purchase online of the items you would like.

SALES

All sale item purchases are final and can only be exchanged for an alternative item.
