Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% happy with any item you have purchased from 87Origins please follow these simple instructions.
Request Returns Authorisation number within 14 days of receiving your order.
Fill the returns form included in the original packaging. Your order must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order; we will not accept returns beyond this time frame. Late returns will be sent back to you.
Return the items in the condition you received them. All items need to be returned in excellent condition: unworn, unwashed & undamaged. 87Origins will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Please note that’s damaged goods due to negligence will not be accepted for a refund.
Please adhere to the instructions below within 14 days of receiving your order to process your return:

Send the package to us using a trusted method of your choice
If the package is returned unused and in good condition, your refund will be proceed immediately and will appear in your account within 10 days. Please note that the N100 Interswitch convenience fee is non-refundable.
Please send your returns to the address emailed to you with your RA number.
If you are unhappy with the size or the kind of item you have purchased and would like to exchange at item, you can return the item for a full refund but please note that the N100 Interswitch convenience fee is non-refundable. You can then make a new purchase online of the items you would like.
All sale item purchases are final and can only be exchanged for an alternative item.
